Included software, chosen for the work

Compliance uses a custom internal accounting tool. Partnered and Stratified use cloud collaboration software from approved vendors. Those costs are included, and the savings are passed on to you.

Automation with monthly review

We use automation to reduce repeated entry and pass the savings on to you. We still check the monthly books, review exceptions, and ask for missing information.

You keep control

Approved systems help us reduce administration and pass the savings on to you. You maintain access and approve payroll, filings, refunds, and payments within your scope.

Accounting software is included in every plan. Payroll software is included when payroll is selected. Bank fees, payment processing charges, and taxes owed remain separate. Technology savings are passed on to you.

You create invoices, enter vendor bills, and make payments. We configure the workflows, prepare the books, and review unpaid items, passing the workflow savings on to you.

Stratified

We also handle the client-invoice, vendor-bill, receipt, and payroll services in the custom scope. Technology savings are passed on to you. You approve changes, refunds, and the release of funds.
