When you ask a question
When the contact form is connected, your submitted details are used to respond to your question or request. The form confirms receipt only after the connected service accepts the request.
When you choose a plan
The calculator uses business activity and contact information to identify an appropriate service scope. Entries are held in the page while it is open. Basic form-protection timestamps may be stored in your browser session to limit repeated submissions; message contents are not stored by those checks. When secure checkout is connected and you continue, the selected scope, contact information, signer details, and agreement acknowledgements are sent to the private server to prepare the order. Your submitted business and signup details are saved privately and sent to our setup inbox after payment is confirmed. Enquiries and requests for a custom quote are sent without payment.
Payments and service records
Connected payment processing is handled through approved payment providers and their supported checkout services. This page does not collect card numbers or bank passwords. Your accepted agreement, scope, and transaction records are retained for delivering and administering the engagement, as described in the Master Services Agreement.
Connected providers
Website hosting, email, payment processing, accounting, and selected payroll services involve the providers necessary to carry out that work. Form protection verifies a submission token and temporarily uses a hashed network address to limit repeated requests. Hosting, email delivery, form protection, and payment providers process the information needed to perform those functions. The providers have their own privacy and access terms. The included services are identified before signup. Approved software providers are identified when access and authorization are arranged, and technology savings are passed on to you.
Marketing and mobile information
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in information and consent are not shared for those purposes. Asking about services does not subscribe you to marketing.
What to keep out of public forms
Do not enter tax identification numbers, employee records, bank details, passwords, or confidential accounting documents into an enquiry form. We arrange the appropriate secure access and document exchange during onboarding.
Questions about your information
Use the contact form to ask about information you have provided or request a correction. Some records may need to be retained for the service agreement or applicable legal obligations.
