A custom internal accounting tool supports the standard monthly bookkeeping and reports in your scope. Its cost is included, and technology savings are passed on to you.

Partnered

Approved cloud collaboration software lets us work in the same records. You operate the invoice and vendor-bill workflows, while we prepare and review the accounting. We pass the workflow savings on to you.

Stratified

Approved cloud collaboration software supports managed accounting, payroll with unlimited employees and states, Custom Reports + Financial Analysis, and unlimited-state sales tax. Technology savings are passed on to you through your service plan.

Software costs are included.

Accounting software is included in every plan. Payroll software is included with selected payroll in Compliance and Partnered, and payroll is always included in Stratified. Bank fees, payment processing charges, and taxes owed remain separate.

Approve payroll, filings, refunds, and payments within your scope.
Keep business receipts and provide missing records under Vendor Bill Management.

We use approved third-party software where appropriate. Providers are identified when access and authorization are arranged; we do not present their software as our own.
