When does your business need more than bookkeeping?

The right level of support depends on the questions you need answered and the work you want someone else to handle.

Start with what you need the books for

If you mainly need organized records for tax time, standard bookkeeping may be enough. Activity needs to be categorized, account balances checked, and monthly reports completed. Compliance covers this work within its listed limits and provides a year-end package for your tax preparer.

That does not include preparing your income tax return. It gives your tax preparer the records needed to do their work.

Ask which part of the business earns its keep

A single income and spending total may stop answering your questions. You may need to compare departments, products, or properties and see where the profits come from. Partnered supports more detailed reporting and unpaid-invoice and unpaid-bill reviews. Receipt management is included under Vendor Bill Management.

You still run the invoice and bill workflows. We configure the tools, review the accounting records, and provide the included reports. We pass the savings from this technology on to you.

Separate information from administration

Sometimes the problem is the work itself: preparing invoices, recording payments, organizing bills, and scheduling approved payments. Those managed services belong in Stratified, along with monthly financial analysis.

Having us handle administration does not change your authority. You provide accurate information, approve changes and payments, and make business decisions. Use the calculator to review the services and responsibilities before choosing a plan.

The calculator lists the current service scope. Forecasts, budgets, and other optional work are separate from recurring bookkeeping unless expressly included.
